(Noun) One who ascribes to the tenets of fascism.Usage: Benito Mussolini was a famous fascist.
(Noun) In contemporary usage, a politically very conservative person, almost always given to imposing his/her views on others, and sometimes given to violence. (I.e., not necessarily a formal fascist, but nonetheless very unpleasant except to those of the same political persuasion.)
Usage: By the late 1930s, Charles Lindbergh was deemed by many to be a fascist and anti-Semite. And with reason.
