(Abbreviation) Association of Tertiary Level Institutions of BelizeThe Association of Tertiary Level Institutions of Belize (ATLIB) established in 1989 is a voluntary association of all recognized tertiary level institutions operating in Belize. ATLIB meets on a regular basis at alternating venues to address issues faced by tertiary level education in Belize. ATLIB has a very close partnership with COBEC, the Consortium for Belizean Educational Cooperation made up of several universities from the United States of America and ATLIB members.
