(Adjective) Not fully tested food product produced from "genetically modified organisms" using genetic engineering to raise the quantity and quality of agricultural products such as meats and fruits and that is produced at a lower cost causing fear of mind of some consumersUsage: Because these foods have not been fully tested, they raise fears in the minds of some consumers and the result is that a number of European countries have banned the import of what some call "Frankenfood."
