My2K rate
(Noun) The end of the Mayan calendar that happens in Dec. of 2012. Some people see that as a portend of the end of the world. It's like Y2K only with Mayan influence.
Usage: I am preparing for My2K by making a "bucket list" of everything I really wanted to do.
My2K rate
(Noun) On Dec. 21, 2012 the Mayans believed the present cycle of the world will end. It will have the same effect as Y2K - anticipation of a possible disaster or big change.
Usage: Our group is planning an excursion to Belize to celebrate My2K at a Mayan ruin.
