Minervois rate
(Noun) The Minervois is a region in the south of France that straddles the departments of Herault (34)and Aude (11). Named after its ancient medieval capital city of MINERVE, it is now increasingly well known for its fine wines as well as its beautiful scenery and mild Mediterranean climate.
