Definition
(Noun) Acronym for stabilized concrete. Applied topically to any concrete surface to penetrate and react with alkali found in all Portland Cement products/structures. Waterproofing lowers oxygen and moisture inside to stop corrosion of steel. Deters chemicals from migrating out to a surface reacting with the atmosphere.Usage: Your paint will not burn off if you use StableCrete.
