(Abbreviation) Overseas Filipino Workers Cooperative Council(Abbreviation) OFWCC is an acronym for OFW Cooperative Council - Jeddah. It was founded in 1996 by 12 OFW cooperatives among those existing in Jeddah. The more formal definition of OFWCC as Overseas Filipinos Cooperative Council has been adopted when it has gained official recognition as an NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) in 2001.
