Routes to Gateway Based Upon Telephone Number.Border Gateway Control Function BGCF determines which Media Gateway Control Function (MGCF) a call should go through to reach the local Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). If the call goes to the PSTN of another sub-domain, the BGCF to this sub-domain will be selected.1-Selects the local MGCF in the network
