this is an 8-bit code that is used in most text files,
too many people nowadays think that ASCII is 7-bit (it's not),
32 characters are used to make the file stay as one file in a group on your hard drive,
224 characters are used as English.
Only 96 can be typed by non-programmers.
Usage: If you're a computer genius and can type all 256 ASCII characters, then don't type the first 32.
