Definition
A racial slur - since it means, essentially, "monkey" - for a dark-skinned person.Usage: George Allen was thought to be a shoo-in during Virginia's 2006 Senatorial campaign - until he denounced the Democratic campaign, on camera, for doing exactly what he was doing: getting a video-tape of every word his opponent said. Too bad the man was Indian, and Allen called him a macaca.
