acephalectic
Definition
(Adjective) A condition of a line of poetry where one or more unaccented initial syllables are dropped. For example, a line of iambic pentameter with a headless iamb in the first foot.Usage: "Now is when I want an ice cream cone" can be considered a line of acephalectic blank verse.
