Schadenfreude rate
(Noun) Pleasure in the misfortune of others.
Usage: You could tell how envious the girls were of the contestant when they rejoiced in her downfall.

schadenfreude rate

Usage: "Gloat" might at first seem to do the job, but doesn't: one might gloat at Columbia's beating Princeton in football, one might gloat when Princeton loses by a wide margin, but schadenfreude is
being happy that Princeton lost - exclusively.
